Caprio Re‑Entry & Peer Mentoring respects the privacy of every individual seeking support. All conversations, guidance, and personal information shared with Caprio are kept confidential unless a person gives written permission to share information or if disclosure is required to ensure safety. Caprio does not release personal details to families, agencies, or third parties without consent. 

Client Rights

Every individual working with Caprio has the right to:

• Be treated with respect and dignity

• Receive non‑judgmental support

• Have their information kept private

• Ask questions and understand the mentoring process

• Stop services at any time

Program Expectations

To maintain a safe and productive mentoring relationship, clients are expected to:

• Communicate honestly

• Show up for scheduled calls or meetings

• Engage in the mentoring process

• Respect boundaries

• Avoid any threats, harassment, or disruptive behavior

Mandatory Safety Reporting

Caprio only breaks confidentiality if:

• Someone is in immediate danger

• There is a credible threat of harm

• Disclosure is required to protect safety

Outside of these situations, all information remains private.
